CCITT V Series

A set of recommended standards for data communications, including transmission speeds and operational modes, issued by CCITT, now known as the International Telecommunication Union.
Each standard is assigned a number, although not in chronological order. Higher numbers do not always indicate a newer standard. A second or revised version is indicated by bis, and ter indicates a third version.
